I am an assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Austin. I earned my PhD in Mathematics with an emphasis in Mathematics Education at the University of Arizona in May 2002.
My research interests are undergraduate mathematics learning (proof, abstract algebra, and number theory) and problem-based teaching at all levels. See my research page for more information.
