Though the collaborative learning strategies included in the linked Web sites range from elementary to graduate school, the strategies for computer mediated communication or Web-based instruction will be more appropriate for students of high school or higher. This site also includes the links containing theories and articles related to collaborative learning to help teachers deepen their understanding of collaborative learning, which allows for applying the strategies appropriately to the practice.
